I probably should have mentioned this at the beginning of this article but just like all the Discover Card products the Discover® More Card comes with excellent customer service. On the rare occasion I've had to call customer service my issues were resolved with 5 minutes, just being able to speak with a knowledgeable person in less than a minute was refreshing. I've also received emails reminding me that a payment was due, this allowed me to go online line and make my Discover Card payment and avoid a late payment penalty.
